One of the most accessible options include picking up materials from our hubs around the city and passing them out to ypur neighbors. We will have tens of thousands of whistles, know your rights cards, and other materials that you can pick up and distribute.

We have not yet saturated this city with the knowledge and power that keeps us safe. Meet your neighbors, hand out materials, and build relationships with our community weekend.

Mutual aid is a critical part of community care and resistance. Consider a partnership with a local volunteer organization for your community weekend!

The list of mutual aid organizations in New York City is long, and your neighborhood’s needs may be specific. Try looking at NYCares, or looking up mutual aid groups in your neighborhood.

Reach out, ask what supports they may need, and tailor your event accordingly!
